Cancel your subscription

Subscribers can use the billing portal to cancel renewal or update their payment method. Use the email address used at checkout.

You can also email a cancellation request from your subscription email. Include your company name. Cancellation before renewal stops future charges, and service continues through the paid period. Email requests take effect when received, even if our confirmation comes later.

For a service issue or refund request, reply to your delivery email. Your Australian Consumer Law rights remain available.
