Information we use

We use contact details you send, your company website, competitor watchlist, research questions and support messages to answer enquiries and fulfil the service. Stripe handles payment details; we do not store full card numbers. We retain relevant Stripe customer, subscription and invoice identifiers, payment status, paid service dates and your delivery email.

Providers and access

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare. Business email is handled by Google Gmail. Payments are handled by Stripe. AI research and preparation use OpenAI tools and accessible public sources. These providers may process data outside Australia. Customer messages and account records are private; we do not publish your watchlist or identify you as a customer without permission.

Retention and choices

We retain records needed for service, support, billing and legal obligations. We review closed enquiries after 90 days and remove unneeded details. You can ask to correct or delete personal information; required financial records may need to be retained. We do not sell contact information or add you to marketing without consent.

Website and email

The page has no advertising tracker or newsletter signup. Hosting and payment providers may keep operational logs and necessary cookies. The enquiry form saves your email, company website, competitor URLs, research question, contact permission and submission date in our private hosted database. It does not create a paid subscription or marketing signup. To limit automated abuse, we keep a daily hash derived from the network address, rather than storing the raw address in our enquiry database; daily hashes older than seven days are removed when the form next processes an enquiry. Email contact links open your email app; a message is sent only when you send it there. Do not submit sensitive information that the service does not need.
